Hello! I’m Lori.
I am your friend on the road to alcohol freedom and the creator of the Daily Sobriety Toolkit.
I designed the Daily Sobriety Toolkit with care and love because I know what it’s like to give up alcohol and not be sure of what to focus on and not focus on daily.
I drank for thirty years and quit on August 11, 2013. After that, I was focused on what would happen in the future if I didn’t drink.
My “future tripping” took me away from enjoying the day and learning more about what was helping me stay sober.
