With 30 years of drinking experience and over a decade of sobriety, I cut through the fluff to focus on what matters. I value simplicity and personalization, avoiding one-size-fits-all approaches.

When I’m asked what I did to stay sober, my answer is I went all-in on what I wanted more than alcohol.

We'll have three “deep dive” sessions lasting 60 minutes each: the first session, a mid-point check-in, and the final session. These meetings are designed to assist you in developing a personalized plan, preparing for your break from alcohol at home, monitoring your progress, troubleshooting any challenges, and, ultimately, solidifying your next steps after coaching is complete.

We'll tackle identifying triggers, managing cravings, and mastering your daily routines and stress levels to help you navigate daily life without relying on alcohol.

Get the support you deserve as you go through your day via text. Ease your mind, knowing that if you stumble, I will be there to help you get back up.

After week six, you will enjoy two weeks of practice without scheduled sessions, allowing you the space to refine your new skills and build more confidence and self-trust.
You will have access to daily text support during this time to help you stay on track.

You have access to a Private Coaching Portal via lorimassicot.com, where you will go after each session to view a personalized video recap from me with your weekly action steps.
The length of each video varies, but they are typically under 10 minutes.
My weekly mission is to not load you down with “homework,” but to give you a simplified plan based on what is happening in your life so you can move forward and make progress each week.
I share all of my tips and strategies that helped me overcome my drinking triggers and alcohol cravings and stay alcohol-free.

After your first session, you will have lifetime program access to my group coaching community, Team Alcohol-Free Plus ($397 value), to access weekly live meetings with me (2-3 a week) and additional resources to help you further.
You can participate in the community, listen in to the training, and follow the TAF daily feed.

Your Discovery Session is 30 minutes or less via Zoom audio + video.
During this time, we discuss what you want to accomplish with coaching and determine if we’re a good fit.
I give you an overview of the package and answer any questions or concerns you have.
This is a pressure-free session. Please do not schedule this session if you are not serious about working with me as your coach.

If you decide to move forward with coaching after your Discovery Session, I will send you a link to your Coaching Agreement for e-signature and a safe and secure portal to make your payment.
At this time, you will have the date and time of your sessions, link to join our sessions, and my phone number to start text support.

Unless you request otherwise, your first session will occur within a week from your Discovery Session.
Once you’ve e-signed your Coaching Agreement and paid, I will send you a Welcome video and a link to your Private Coaching Portal to help you prepare for your first session.

We meet via Zoom audio + video conferencing.
During your discovery session, we will solidify a date and time that works for us and stick to that schedule throughout the 12 weeks.

My main goal in working together is to help you get where you want to be. In our first session, I'll help you determine what you want to achieve by the end of our coaching time, help you create your plan, and track your progress weekly so you get the results that matter to you.

I help you transition into sobriety by creating a personalized plan that suits your needs. My approach is free from force, pressure, or judgment regarding your progress or choices.
Building an alcohol-free lifestyle requires time and patience.
Throughout our time together, I recommend a minimum of 8 weeks without alcohol. This period allows for a deeper understanding of your relationship with alcohol, the reasons behind your drinking, and your desire to stop.
In full transparency, I do not help you moderate your drinking, and I believe that you can’t figure out your drinking while drinking.
