Episode 200

An affirmation is a short sentence or phrase repeated often that has the power to change your thought patterns.

Affirmations are powerful when repeated out loud and can also be written or spoken softly to yourself.

The research behind using affirmations *repeatedly* is to engrave these positive words and phrases in our subconscious minds which can lead to a change in our behaviors, habits, and actions.

Affirmations typically start with I am followed by what you believe in.

Affirmation is derived from the verb “affirm” – to state that something is true.

Now, here is where it gets tricky. What if you don’t believe it’s true? That is what we are discussing in episode 200.
